Outboard Motor Transom Saver

Outboard Motor Transom Saver - Designed to support the leg of the outboard when a boat is being towed to relieve strain on the boats transom.

• The stay is adjustable from 50 to 80cm and will fit most outboards.
• A spring loaded shock absorber is included to damp any movement.
• The engine end V support is made from rubber so will not scratch the outboard.
• A strap is included to secure the engine end in place.

Instructions for use: Place one end on the leg of the outboard, and the other on the rear of the trailer. Ensure it is secure and adjusted (spanner required) as damage could be caused should the stay fall out during towing. The stay is designed to take some of the weight of the engine as it bounces - it should not be the sole item holding the outboard in the raised position.
